How it works
- We understand the inter-company transaction and search strategy proposed by you. If you do not have a search strategy, we will frame a strategy and discuss it with you.
- Once the search strategy is mutually agreed we will run the strategy on the database. Before extracting the data, we will share a screenshot of the number of companies appearing after applying the search strategy. We will modify the search strategy if you wish to change it at this stage.
- The extracted data is then latched to our proprietary AI-powered benchmarking application. Our application would scrap the website of 100s (or 1000s) of potential comparable companies and generate business description and product/ service description from the website of each company along with analysing whether the company is a part of multinational group.
- Our AI-powered benchmarking application would also take the screenshot of 100s (or 1000s) of the companies so that it can be served as audit evidence for tax audit.
- Once the data is collated by our AI-powered benchmarking application, our team of transfer pricing experts would analyse/ screen these companies to identify potential comparable companies/ agreements;
- We will then extract the relevant financial details of the comparable companies/ transactions so identified above and present our draft analysis to client;
- Once the draft is reviewed by the client we will prepare full benchmarking report (including appendices)
